Sustainable solutions for greener events
At the Vancouver Island Conference Centre our commitment to sustainability deepens each year. What began as award-winning green building practices has since evolved into an extensive program of reducing waste, recycling, and sourcing products locally or regionally.
We’re always looking for ways to make a bigger impact. We recently added a solar-powered water pre-heating system, and future plans include ‘planting’ our green-ready roof. With every improvement we look forward to working with clients to help them maximize the benefits of planning events that are even more sustainable.
